Common Good City Farm

300 V St NW, Washington, DC 20001
The Farm Market will be open May through October, every Wednesday from 3:30-6:30 PM.

Weekly pay-what-you-can-market. Buy fresh produce and more from Common Good City Farm and our partner farms!

We grow about 6,000 pounds of food each year to share with our community and continue to offer a pay-what-you-can model. When we ring you up at the market, we will provide the suggested retail price. However, we ask you to self-assess and decide if  you can pay more, less, or the suggested amount.

We also accept SNAP, WIC, Seniors Farmers Market Nutrition Program checks, and Produce Plus.

We reschedule our market when there is extreme weather to keep our staff and community safe. Please check our Instagram page for the latest updates.

CSA. Become a member of our CSA!

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA ) is a system that directly connects farmers and consumers. People buy “shares” of a farm’s harvest in advance and then receive a portion of the crops when they are harvested.

Each year we grow a diversity of vegetables – from spring carrots, asparagus, tomatoes, eggplant, kale, hot peppers, beets, beans, okra, sweet potatoes, to herbs and salad mix, and several varieties of local greens.

To address the rising demand for fresh produce, we’ve teamed with 4P Foods. Our sourcing strategy places a priority on bolstering predominantly local, women, and BIPOC-owned farms.

The shares will be packed with 7-9 produce items each week from Common Good City Farm and regional farms.
