Community Resource Specialists

Community Resource Specialists help stabilize low-income families by navigating clients through CAN’s community partners for services. All activities include action steps for clients to move themselves toward greater stability and growth by promoting self-worth, encouraging personal responsibility, and providing linkages to community resources.
