A gathering space that offers trainings, professional development opportunities and activities focused on strengthening school gardens and related programming.

FoodCorps Service Site - K Street Farm

Ongoing professional development workshop series on school gardens, cooking with kids, environmental literacy, school garden markets and farm-to-school — all offered at beginner and advanced levels. The location, agenda and RSVP form will be posted here and sent out via the Google group two to four weeks before each training.

FoodCorps Service Site - THEARC Farm

To supplement our Community Supported Agriculture for members and the local community, BBAR will host 14 Cooking Classes and Food Preparation Demonstrations. Classes will be hosted by local area cooks, chefs and food entrepreneurs. Each demonstration will include on-site preparation and cooking and attendees will have the opportunity to do hands-on cooking and taste the final product.
Classes will start May 30th at 6pm. Space is limited to ten participants.
