Community Garden Program - K Street Farm

A 3/4-acre farm located adjacent to the Walker Jones Education Campus and home to 5,000 square feet of growing space with fruits, vegetables, fruit trees and honeybees. This space is utilized for community gardening volunteer opportunities and fee-based group experience where participants engage in hands-on urban farm work, group team building and food justice learning.

Engages participants in preparing, planting, tending and harvesting vegetables and herbs and incorporates plant science and crop taste tests.
